Axell Rose does not accept refunds for a simple change of mind. We will happily offer our customers with the option to exchange or receive a credit note (valid 6 months). This process must be made within 14 days - any time after this period, we cannot accept any returns. 

  • Proof of receipt, and garment must be in its original condition - unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached for an item to be returned. If the above is not intact, we cannot deem a return.
  • Axell Rose do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return on a garment if it has already been exchanged or paid for on a credit note from an existing sale.

For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, activewear, bodysuits, bralettes and jewellery are not eligible for return. Please keep this in mind and we hope you understand.


Please note that all returns must be sent back to our AUSTRALIAN return location & ensure that you follow the returns process for your location to ensure the return is processed promptly and correctly. 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days (AUSTRALIAN orders) and 28 days (INTERNATIONAL orders) of the shipment dates. Please note that items returned outside of this time period will not be accepted.
  • Axell Rose do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
  • All return shipping costs incurred when returning to Axell Rose are to be paid for by the returning customer, unless the item is deemed faulty.


  1. Please contact with your full name, order number, and contact number. State whether you would like an exchange or online credit note (valid 6 months).
  2. Please send your garments back to the following address, once you have heard back from a team member at Axell Rose, via email.
