SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Axell Rose offers STANDARD and EXPRESS posting through Australia Post. Shipment days are an estimation and Axell Rose is not liable for any delays that may occur. We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone can sign between the hours or 9am-5pm. If no one is available to sign, the parcel will not be redirected and left in safe place at the shipping address provided. Please keep in mind that we do not send to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

  • Standard delivery, flat rate of $12 (approximately 5 business days)
  • Express delivery, $17 (1-2 business days)
  • ALL orders are processed and dispatched within 24-72 hours. Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched, if an email address has been provided when placing the order.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA:

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to our international customers for a flat rate of $30. Please keep in mind all Axell Rose prices and payments are made in AUD (Australian) Currency. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers and we recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone can sign between the hours or 9am-5pm.

  • $30 flat rate standard delivery (5-8 business days - *depending on location*).
  • ALL orders are processed and dispatched within 24-72 hours. Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched, if an email address has been provided when placing the order.

* As all orders are processed and dispatched from Australia, there may be shipping delays. that Axell Rose is liable for. *

 TAXES AND DUTIES:

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. 

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. Axell Rose is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.  We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. Axell Rose is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.
